Giveaway – Airel by Aaron Patterson
Friday October 14, 2011 at 12:14 am |

I am giving away a hard copy of Airel by Aaron Patterson. I tried to get into this book and found it just wasn’t for me. So I’m looking to find this book a good home with one of you YA Lovers out there. Preferably with someone who will read and provide an honest review. So if you’d like a chance to win my copy of Airel, please continue reading.

All Airel ever wanted was to be normal, to disappear into the crowd. But bloodlines can produce surprises, like an incredible ability to heal. Then there is Michael Alexander, the new guy in school, who is impossibly gorgeous and captivated by her. Somewhere in the back of her mind, she can hear the sound of pages turning, and another, older story being written. It is the story of an ancient family, of great warriors, of the Sword of Light, and the struggle against an evil so terrible, so far-reaching, that it threatens everything. Airel knew change would be an inevitable part of life. But can she hold on when murder and darkness begin to close in and take away everything she loves? Will she have what it takes when the truth is finally revealed?

The Giveaway Rules are as follows:

2. Open to US Entrants

Contest ends at Midnight Thursday, October 20th. Winner will be chosen by and notified via email. Winner will have 48 hours to respond or a new winner will be chosen. To enter giveaway please fill out the form below:

Oh, the cover is gorgeous, but that doesn’t always mean its holding a great story inside, huh. I’m curious why it didn’t work for you.

Of course, I couldn’t resist entering!

    Thanks Jade!

Thanks for the giveaway. I think the cover is gorgeous. Hadn’t heard of the book, but the the premise of having a special ability to heal others may prove to be an interesting read for me, but I don’t know, if you didn’t like I may not either. But I’m curious.

  4. Sooo.. why couldn’t you get into it? I finish every book I start, so I don’t think I’ll take the chance. I try to avoid books I don’t think I’ll like because it becomes a very long read.
