Why I Love Wednesdays: Love Stories

Why I Love Wednesdays is a weekly meme created and hosted by Alexis of Reflections of a Bookaholic. Each week she posts a Why I Love Topic that she answers. If you would like to participate head on over to her site for the topic and the image. This week’s topic:

Love Stories:

I’ve said it abut a thousand times but Only Hers by Francis Ray is my all time favorite romance.  Matt and Shannon battle their growing love, both too stubborn to admit that they care for each other.  Their ongoing denial is amazing to read about.

Others I love is Knight in Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux and The Duchess.  These books stick with me and I’ve re-read them all several times.  Each time I’m charmed all over again by the story.

That’s it! I will read Only Hers this month. It’s been sitting on my TBR for far too long!

  2. Great post. I don’t know if I have any favorite love stories. I’m off to ponder this question.

  3. I don’t read romance, but I do enjoy reading about relationships. I love women’s fiction, british lit, and chick-lit.

  4. Francis Ray is my favorite too. I don’t read a lot of romance novels but if I were going to read one, it would definitely be something by Francis Ray. I enjoy her books a lot.

  5. Awwww, I LOVE love stories! x) Not like the pure romance books that are all lovey-dovey and no plot, but I don’t think I’ve a read a novel without a hint of romance in it for so long LOL. Yet for some off reason, I haven’t picked up any of those books before! I probably should soon, huh? 😉

Love these discussion posts, Jade! And Happy Belated Valentine’s Day too — I hope you had a blast! <33

The majority of books I read also have some sort ofromance or love story in the works. Theres just something about love. Book llove seems to be the best kind.

  6. I see it’s time to stalk Goodreads! My memory fails of having seen these mentioned, but it’s time to change that. I need great love stories, so I’m definitely checking them out:)
