So I was introduced to Fan videos while surfing my favorite Jacob Black fansite one day. The owner of the site started Black Thursday and I think I’ll carry on with that here from every other Thursday.

I’ve probably said this before – I hope – but my God, I ADORE that there are still Jacob/Bella shippers out there. EVERY time I watch any of the Twilight movies (if I’m channel surfing and bored, and one is on I’ll watch a few minutes of it) I go back to that place where I’m just heart-broken at the fact that they never got their chance. I like Edward and I like Bella alright but I mostly like Bella with Jacob, because she’s…different: braver, freer, more HER, not constantly comparing herself to Edward or calling herself “human…nothing.” GAH. See, I can’t even TALK about it. Just…J/B is always always always going to have a soft spot in my heart.

I have to agree with you Molli. I felt like Jacob brought out the best in her. And she wasn’t (annoyingly) constantly downing herself and feeling undeserving in his presence…BLAH! Although I couldn’t stand Bella or Edward,Jacob just made sense and she didn’t feel bad about herself around him. She as freer, less inhibited. She was more likeable when Jake was around.
